Weight Gainer Recipe – Recipe #6

It’s not always easy to get your calories down. Often you have no real hunger or just no time to eat enough. For this reason, there is now a delicious, calorie-based weight gainer recipe.


1 ripe banana
125gr of lean quark
50gr peanut butter
2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
300ml of milk or vegetable milk


Put all ingredients in a shaker and mix thoroughly until a fine consistency is obtained.

Nutritional information:

  1. Calories: about 700
  2. Carbs: approx. 67gr
  3. Protein: approx. 40gr
  4. Fat: approx. 37gr

You should not wind down your weight gainer. Drink it slowly and try to “chew” it for better digestion. To avoid stomach cramps and nausea
