Thai curry with basmati rice is not only very aromatic, but also high in calories and nutrients. Whether with vegetables, meat, fish or legumes – you decide what comes in. Today there is the basic recipe.

Ingredients

  • Thai curry spice paste (red)
  • 2 hands full of green string beans
  • 1 carrot
  • 6-7 broccoli florets
  • 150gr meat, fish or tofu
  • 1 small can of coconut milk
  • Rice, quantity as needed

Preparation

  1. Put on the rice according to the package instructions
  2. Peel the carrot and cut into 5cm long, flat strips
  3. Heat 1-2 teaspoons of the curry paste in the pan
  4. Put the vegetables & meat (or tofu) in the pan and braise
  5. Add coconut milk
  6. Add a little water
  7. Try the sauce in between, possibly. seasoning
  8. Cook until everything is cooked through
  9. Serve with the rice
  10. Finished!

Of course you can also add mushrooms, peas, chickpeas or anything else. With your curry you can be creative and let your taste run wild.
