Selfmade pizza – Recipe #5

Pizza is not the healthiest dish, but very high in calories. And homemade she is still best and – if you do it right – not so unhealthy. That’s why there is now a delicious pizza recipe. With a dough that does not even have to go. In short: super fast and delicious!

Ingredients for one person:

For the dough:

  • 250 flour
  • Half a yeast cube
  • 135gr of lukewarm water
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For covering:

  • Pizza Sauce
  • 150gr pizza cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • An onion
  • Cayenne pepper, oregano and basil

Preparation:

  1. Put all the ingredients for the dough into a bowl and mix to a homogenous mass with a blender
  2. Put the baking paper on the baking sheet, rub a little oil on it
  3. Pour the batter on the baking sheet and shape into a pizza
  4. Distribute pizza sauce on top
  5. Spread the cheese over it and spread the sliced ​​tomatoes and onions
  6. Season with the spices to taste
  7. In about 200 degrees in the oven and bake until desired tan is reached
