Rice with lentils – Recipe #7

Rice with lins is the perfect meal. Rice provides high-quality carbohydrates, the lenses provide good protein. In addition, lenses still contain plenty of valuable minerals. This food is high in calories, nutritious and delicious

Ingredients for one person

  • Rice, quantity as needed
  • 1/2 onion
  • A can of lentils
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 1 big potato
  • Salt, pepper, paprika powder, turmeric
  • vegetable oil


  1. Put rice according to the package instructions
  2. Finely chop onions and garlic
  3. Cut potatoes in small pieces
  4. Heat the oil lightly in the pot
  5. Add onions and garlic and sauté
  6. Add potato
  7. Add lentils at the end
  8. Season with the spices
  9. Cook until the potatoes are through
  10. Finished!
