Protein Shake Recipe

Sufficient protein is very important when growing. Especially if you do sports to build muscle. Since it is not always easy to eat enough protein in everyday life, today there is a delicious protein shake recipe.


  • 250gr organic lean quark
  • Milk or vegetable milk
  • cocoa powder
  • maple syrup


  1. Put lean quark in a shaker
  2. Add milk to the shaker (amount depending on the desired consistency, I take about 250ml)
  3. Add 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
  4. Approximately Add 1 tsp maple syrup
  5. Mix well
  6. Finished!

Of course, you can also taste your protein shake with cinnamon, honey or other things.

Also, you do not necessarily need quark, as in this recipe. There is also a herbal variant, the recipe will follow soon.
