Noodles with arrabiata sauce – Recipe #8

Pasta with arrabiata sauce is a simple, delicious dish. It is fast and cheap. With this meal you get lots of calories, lots of carbohydrates, some protein and little fat.

Ingredients for one person

  • Tagliatelle noodles, quantity as needed
  • 3 big, fresh tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Oregano, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, basil, paprika powder
  • grated cheese


  1. Finely chop onions and garlic
  2. Wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces
  3. Lightly heat some oil in a pan, add onions and garlic
  4. Lightly steam
  5. Add tomatoes, season with the spices
  6. Simmer gently over low heat
  7. Put salted water on the noodles
  8. Cook noodles until they reach the desired bite resistance
  9. Sift noodles, add a little olive oil or butter
  10. Serve noodles directly with the Arrabiata sauce
  11. Sprinkle some rice cheese over it
  12. Finished!
