Fitness exercises for bigger boobs

What sounds a bit strange at first, actually works. Just as it works in men to increase their strength training chest, weight training also helps women shape their breasts.

  1. Calorie Excess: Since you are too thin overall, you need a calorie surplus. So your total weight will increase, which in turn will make you curvy. Of course, your breasts will get bigger too.
  2. Lots of protein: Since you are now doing fitness exercises for your chest, you also have a slightly higher protein requirement. Fish, poultry, nuts, skimmed quark and pulses are suitable for this purpose.
  3. Complex Carbohydrates: As you want to gain weight, carbohydrates continue to help you reach your calorie surplus. Rice, potatoes, whole grains & oatmeal are suitable for this.
  4. Weight Gainer: In order to achieve your calories even better, you can drink so-called weight gainers or shakes to increase.

Attention: Even if I clearly advise to a calorie surplus, you should not exaggerate. An excess of 300-400 calories is enough.

Type 2: You have small breasts, but are normal weight or have a little too much weight

If you’re more like that guy, your plan should be a little different. Since you do not want to gain weight, you do not need a calorie surplus.

It is also important to you that your diet supplies enough protein and micronutrients.

If you have normal weight, you are well served with a balanced calorie balance. If you have a little too much, you might even consider a calorie deficit.

It is also important that your food is made from natural, nutrient-rich foods.
These foods promote your breast growth

Regardless of which type you belong to, these foods are beneficial if you want a bigger breast:

  • Chickpeas
  • lenses
  • tofu
  • dairy products
  • carrots
  • cucumbers
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • grain products

Why is that? Well, the listed foods contain relatively much estrogen or phytoestrogen. This female hormone promotes the growth of your breast, which can help you a little bit more.

Get bigger breasts – the perfect bra

If you train regularly and pay attention to your diet, you already have important points on your side.

Also important is the perfect size for your bra. The bra has an immense share in ensuring that your breast is optimally presented.

But what should you pay particular attention to when buying? The important thing is that your bra is not too small. Because this makes your breast look even smaller than it actually is.

It is just as wrong if you give yourself a too big bra. Because then you run the risk that your breasts totally go under. Not only does this make your breast look smaller, it also looks really unattractive.

The perfect bra is when it is neither too big nor too small. If you have small breasts, sometimes it’s not so easy to find the right size.

Therefore: Do not be afraid to seek advice! People with a background in fashion can certainly help you a lot.

The right clothes

At this point, I would like to warn you but once specifically. Because there are many dubious sellers who want to give you any pills, nutritional supplements for breast growth or the like.

One thing is clear: none of these products will really help you. But many remedies have side effects that will hurt you in the long run.

There is indeed a study on extracted brewer’s yeast that is supposed to help. Whether brewer’s yeast really works and whether it has unknown side effects is unclear.

Of hormones, I would also advise against you. In the long term, you will also do more harm than good.

Not every woman is naturally blessed with a gorgeous bust. But that’s not bad at all.
