Ingredients

  • 50gr of tender oatmeal
  • A handful of spinach, washed
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 banana
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • water

Preparation

  1. Wash spinach
  2. Peel kiwi and banana, cut into small pieces
  3. Add oatmeal, spinach, kiwi and banana to the blender
  4. Sweet to taste with honey or maple syrup
  5. Add water
  6. Mix well
  7. Evtll. Add more water, depending on the desired consistency
