Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet per person
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Rice, quantity as needed
- Chili powder or cayenne pepper

- 1 tsp butter
Preparation
- Salmon fillet 1-2 hours let it thaw
- Cut the clove of garlic into small, fine pieces
- Mix well in a cup of oil, garlic, salt & chili powder
- Wash the salmon fillet with lukewarm water and dry
- Put the salmon fillet in a Tupper tin and pour the marinade over it
- Turn salmon and spread marinade evenly
