Today there is a very simple and damn tasty recipe. Of course, it also contains many calories and is nutritious. The sandwich is made quickly and contains only few ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 1/4 of a white cabbage
- 150-200gr chicken or veg. alternative
- Approx. 100 gr grated cheddar cheese
- Cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, black pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Some milk or oat milk
Preparation
- Season the sliced meat with the above spices
- Fry the sliced meat in the pan with oil over medium heat
- Put the cheddar cheese in a saucepan, add a dash of milk or oat milk
- Simmer the cheddar cheese over low heat until it is liquid
- Cut the cabbage into fine, small strips
- Cut open the baguette and spread the meat over it
- Pour liquid cheddar cheese over the meat
- Place the strips of cabbage on top of the baguette
- Put the second half of the baguette with a little pressure
- Finished!
