  • 1 baguette
  • 1/4 of a white cabbage
  • 150-200gr chicken or veg. alternative
  • Approx. 100 gr grated cheddar cheese
  • Cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, black pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • Some milk or oat milk


  1. Season the sliced ​​meat with the above spices
  2. Fry the sliced ​​meat in the pan with oil over medium heat
  3. Put the cheddar cheese in a saucepan, add a dash of milk or oat milk
  4. Simmer the cheddar cheese over low heat until it is liquid
  5. Cut the cabbage into fine, small strips
  6. Cut open the baguette and spread the meat over it
  7. Pour liquid cheddar cheese over the meat
  8. Place the strips of cabbage on top of the baguette
  9. Put the second half of the baguette with a little pressure
