Often you have little time to cook – and then it has to be quick. Today there is therefore a recipe that is perfect for gaining weight and that can be made quickly. The ingredients are almost always in the house. Have fun.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 3 whole eggs
- A handful of grated cheese
- An onion
- Salt, cayenne pepper
- Vegetable oil
Preparation
- Put some vegetable oil in a pan
- Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces
- Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces
- Lightly whisk the eggs in a bowl
- Lightly braise the onions in the oil
- Add the eggs, stir constantly until the eggs are almost through
- Add the grated cheese, tomatoes and spices
- Stir well and wait until the cheese has melted
- Finished!
Of course, you can add other ingredients and adapt the dish to your taste.
