  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 3 whole eggs
  • A handful of grated cheese
  • An onion
  • Salt, cayenne pepper
  • Vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Put some vegetable oil in a pan
  2. Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces
  3. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces
  4. Lightly whisk the eggs in a bowl
  5. Lightly braise the onions in the oil
  6. Add the eggs, stir constantly until the eggs are almost through
  7. Add the grated cheese, tomatoes and spices
  8. Stir well and wait until the cheese has melted
  9. Finished!

Of course, you can add other ingredients and adapt the dish to your taste.
